✅ Use the BHG Method (Brain, Heart, Gut):
Brain: Write out the logical pros and cons.
Heart: Check if the decision aligns with your values and long-term vision.
Gut: Tune into your instincts—because your intuition is smarter than you think.
✅ Set a Decision Deadline:
Give yourself a timer or deadline so you’re forced to decide. The more time you give yourself, the more likely you’ll overthink.
✅ Know Your Human Design Decision-Making Authority:
Understanding how you’re wired to make decisions can help you lean into what works best for you instead of forcing a method that doesn’t.
What If Both Options Are Good?
For experienced entrepreneurs facing too many solid options, Kathy suggests a simple trick: flip a coin. It’s not about leaving your business up to chance—it’s about noticing your gut reaction to the outcome.
