Questions, answered
Is the fee monthly or annual?
It's a simple annual fee. Right now it's $149 for the year (normally $199) while the current discount is live. You're billed once a year, and that's it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no contract. You can cancel your future payments anytime before your renewal date, and your account and member benefits stay active through the end of your billing period. You're never locked in.
How do the discounts work?
As soon as you join, you get access to a member-only portal with your discounts, links, and coupon codes. Use the code or link at checkout and your member price is applied. The portal is updated on an ongoing basis, and I'll email you when new deals drop.
What's in the welcome pack?
The moment you join, you get one free newsletter Spotlight (normally $197, yours free), plus two of my most popular programs: Automate with Airtable and The Automated Sponsor System (normally $197 each, yours free). That's $591 in value on day one, more than the price of joining.
Is coaching or support included?
No. The Squad is a loyalty program built to save you money and give you first access to what I create. If you're looking for coaching or 1:1 help, here are my ways to work together 1:1.
Is The Shortcut included in the Squad?
No, they're two separate things. The Shortcut is a membership where I share ongoing strategy and behind-the-scenes builds every week. The Squad is a loyalty program for discounts and perks on my tools and products. Joining one doesn't include the other.
I already work with you 1:1. Is the Squad included in that?
No. My 1:1 support and the Squad are separate. Working with me privately doesn't automatically include a Squad membership, and the Squad doesn't include 1:1 time or coaching. If you'd like the member discounts and perks, you're welcome to join the Squad alongside our work together.
Do the discounts apply to order bumps?
In most cases, member discounts apply to the main product only. When I announce a deal in your portal, I'll always tell you if a bump offer is included.
Do you offer refunds?
Because you get instant access to your welcome pack and member perks, all sales are final and I don't offer refunds. But there's no contract, so you can cancel anytime before renewal and you won't be billed again. If you're not sure the Squad is right for you, message me first and I'll help you decide.
