Please read these terms before purchasing. By completing your purchase of The Shortcut, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything below.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your purchase of The Shortcut membership ("The Shortcut") offered by The Blake Collective, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). The Shortcut is available as a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. The specific terms that apply to your membership depend on the plan you selected at checkout.

When you purchase a monthly membership, you authorize The Blake Collective, LLC to charge your payment method the rate you agreed to at the time of purchase, automatically every month, beginning on the date of your initial purchase and repeating every 30 days until you cancel. Your membership renews automatically. You will not receive a separate reminder before each charge.
Your monthly rate is the rate displayed at checkout at the time of your purchase. We reserve the right to increase pricing for new members at any time. If we increase the price for existing members, we will provide advance notice. Your locked-in rate applies as long as your membership remains active and uninterrupted.
You are responsible for canceling your membership. Cancellations must be completed inside your member portal at shortcut.theblakecollective.com. You have direct access to cancel at any time from within your account. We do not accept cancellation requests by email or social media message.
When you cancel, your access continues through the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date. We do not prorate partial months.
We do not offer refunds on monthly membership charges. Once a payment has processed, it is non-refundable. This applies to your initial payment and all renewal charges, regardless of whether you have logged in or used the membership during that billing period.
It is your responsibility to cancel before your next billing date if you no longer wish to be charged. If you believe a charge occurred in error, contact us at [email protected] and we will review it.
A lifetime purchase grants you access to The Shortcut for the lifetime of the program. This means as long as The Shortcut exists and operates as an active membership, you have access. You will never be charged again.
In the event that The Shortcut is discontinued, we will provide reasonable advance notice to all lifetime members. Lifetime access does not extend to any other products, memberships, or programs offered by The Blake Collective, LLC.
Your lifetime membership is a single one-time payment at the rate displayed at checkout. There are no recurring charges, renewal fees, or additional costs to maintain your access. This option may not be available forever and the price may increase or the lifetime option may be removed entirely at our discretion.
We do not offer refunds on lifetime membership purchases. All sales are final.

All content is delivered through the member portal at shortcut.theblakecollective.com. This is where you log in, access everything included in your membership, and manage your account — including cancellation. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your login with anyone.
Your membership is for your individual use only and is non-transferable. It may not be transferred, gifted, sold, or shared with another person under any circumstances. Each membership is tied to a single account holder.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content within The Shortcut at any time. The weekly dispatch, How-To Hub, news feed, and Ask Steph Q&A are included features — their format and frequency may evolve as the membership grows.
The Shortcut provides strategies, systems, prompts, and documentation of how Steph runs and builds her own business. It is educational in nature. We make no guarantee of any specific outcome, result, revenue, growth, or business improvement from accessing or implementing anything shared inside the membership.
Your results depend entirely on your own business, decisions, effort, and implementation. The Blake Collective, LLC is not responsible for any business decisions you make based on content inside The Shortcut, and we are not liable for any outcomes — positive or negative — that result from your use of this membership.
No part of The Shortcut constitutes business, legal, financial, or professional advice. Always apply your own judgment and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
The Shortcut includes AI-generated content, AI-assisted workflows, automations, and prompts designed for use with third-party AI tools including but not limited to Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini. Steph uses AI as part of her own business operations and documents those builds for members.
Third-Party Platform Dependency
Many of the tools, workflows, and prompts shared inside The Shortcut rely on third-party platforms that The Blake Collective, LLC does not control. These platforms — including but not limited to Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and any automation tools referenced — may change their features, pricing, or access requirements, or discontinue functionality at any time. We are not responsible for any changes made by third-party providers that affect the performance or availability of any tool, workflow, or prompt shared inside this membership.
Your Own Account Requirements
Some tools and workflows referenced inside The Shortcut require you to maintain your own account or subscription with a third-party platform. It is your responsibility to obtain and maintain any accounts required to use the tools Steph references. We are not responsible if a workflow or prompt does not function because you do not have the required third-party access.
AI Output Responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you use AI tools in your own business. AI tools generate outputs based on probabilistic models. Those outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information. You agree that you are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any AI-generated output before relying on, publishing, or acting on it. We make no guarantee regarding the accuracy, legality, or reliability of AI-generated outputs produced using any prompt or workflow shared inside this membership.
Platform Policy Compliance
When using any AI tool referenced or provided inside The Shortcut, you agree to comply with the terms of service and usage policies of any third-party platform involved. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from your violation of third-party platform policies.
We are not liable for any outcomes — in your business or otherwise — resulting from your use of AI tools, automations, or the prompts and workflows provided inside this membership.

Sharing, distributing, reselling, or reproducing any part of this membership in any form is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate removal from The Shortcut and may result in legal action.
By sharing results, wins, feedback, reactions, or any other content inside The Shortcut — including but not limited to the member showcase, comments, emoji reactions, or any other interactive feature within the member portal — you grant The Blake Collective, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and share that content for marketing and promotional purposes.
This includes using your words, results, or reactions on our website, sales pages, social media, emails, and any other marketing materials, with or without attribution to your name. We will never misrepresent your results or use your content in a false or misleading way.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to The Shortcut at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated any of these Terms. This includes but is not limited to sharing content, sharing account access, filing a chargeback, or any behavior we deem harmful to the membership or its members.
Termination for violation of these Terms does not entitle you to a refund of any amount paid, including any unused portion of a billing period or a lifetime purchase.
If you have a concern about a charge, you must contact us first at [email protected] before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate and permanent termination of your membership. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback filed and to provide these Terms as evidence of your agreement to our no-refund policy.
For monthly members, if a scheduled payment fails, your access to The Shortcut may be suspended until the outstanding payment is resolved. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method on file is valid and up to date. We are not responsible for loss of access resulting from a failed payment.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or access The Shortcut. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Your use of The Shortcut is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By purchasing a membership, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy.
The Shortcut offers an affiliate program that allows approved participants to earn commissions by referring new members. Participation in the affiliate program is subject to the terms in this section as well as any additional affiliate program policies we maintain. By participating in the program, you agree to these terms.
Monthly plan: Affiliates earn 30% of each monthly payment for as long as the referred member remains active. Commissions are recurring — you continue to earn each month the referred member stays subscribed.
Lifetime plan: Affiliates earn a one-time commission of 30% of the lifetime purchase price. No recurring commissions apply to lifetime referrals.
Participation in the affiliate program requires an application. The Blake Collective, LLC reserves the right to approve or reject any application in its sole discretion, with no obligation to provide a reason for rejection. Acceptance into the program does not guarantee continued participation — we may terminate affiliate status at any time, with or without cause.
Commissions are calculated on the net amount collected by The Blake Collective, LLC after any applicable fees, and are not paid on refunded, reversed, or charged-back transactions. We reserve the right to deduct previously paid commissions from future payments if a referred transaction is subsequently reversed or refunded.
We reserve the right to modify the commission structure at any time. Changes will apply to new referrals made after the change takes effect. We will provide reasonable notice of any commission rate changes.
As an affiliate, you agree to promote The Shortcut honestly and accurately. You may not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about the membership, its features, or expected results. You may not engage in spam, unsolicited email campaigns, or any promotional method that violates applicable laws or platform policies.
You are required to comply with all applicable FTC disclosure requirements and clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting The Shortcut. Your statements must always reflect your honest and truthful experience and opinions.
We may provide you with approved promotional materials, graphics, and copy for use in promoting The Shortcut. You may only use materials we have explicitly provided or approved. You may not modify these materials or use The Blake Collective or The Shortcut branding in any way that is inaccurate, derogatory, or inconsistent with our brand standards. This license terminates immediately upon termination of your affiliate status.
You are not entitled to earn commissions on your own purchases or on purchases made by immediate family members using your affiliate link.
Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or agents of The Blake Collective, LLC. You have no authority to make commitments or enter into agreements on our behalf. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on commissions you earn.
If your affiliate account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, you forfeit all unpaid commissions. If your account is terminated for any other reason, you will receive any earned commissions that meet the minimum payment threshold as of the termination date, subject to any applicable adjustment period for returns or reversals.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, regardless of conflict of law principles.
The Blake Collective, LLC will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of The Shortcut, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. Your use of this membership and any content within it is entirely at your own risk.
The Blake Collective, LLC is not a licensed attorney, accountant, financial planner, therapist, or any other licensed or registered professional. Nothing inside The Shortcut constitutes legal, financial, tax, psychological, or professional advice of any kind. You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals before making any decisions based on content shared inside this membership.
You agree not to make any false, disparaging, or derogatory statements — publicly or privately — regarding The Blake Collective, LLC, its founder, employees, or agents.
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms at any time does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of your membership after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms supersede all previous understandings and agreements.
